From time to time, you may encounter a problem with XML Pro that is an
obvious program error. Should this situation arise, we ask that you please
send an e-mail to support@vervet.com
with the words "BUG REPORT" in the subject header. In the body of the message
please detail the issue, and also be sure to attach any example files.
